TANGY SPROUT SALAD
Alkalizing, High-Fiber, Dairy-Free
Salad Ingredients
- 1/2 Cucumber, cut into rounds and then quarters
- 8 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 large handfuls of spinach leaves
- Handful lettuce leaves, torn into bite-size
- 1/2 Can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 Large handfuls of sprouts - such as alfalfa, broccoli
and mung bean
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 inch of fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of orange rind
- 1 tsp of lime rind
- 1/2 lime juice
Directions
1. Mix all the dressing ingredients. Add a little water if you
find the taste too strong.
2. Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Add
dressing and toss.
